Take about 900 grams of soft flour, salt and water to knead the dough. Once mixed, spread it with a wrap, apply oil and allow to stand for about 20 minutes. Draw to the largest circle after that. Cut thicker ends with a knife or stretch until they are thin. Repeat the procedure for trimmed parts. Spread the dough to the max, and put the oil and cheese over. If you like, you can put something more besides cheese, like spinach etc. Put it in pan in snailed like way. Grease the pan with oil and roll the dough into the pan by twisting it into a snail-shaped circle. Cover the pan with a cloth and allow to stand for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and then insert the pie. Reduce oven heating to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes. Enjoy!
